The International Conference on Human Rights, International Law and Criminology, 2026 (ICHRILC 2026) is a premier international academic platform designed to bring together students, researchers, academicians, legal practitioners, policymakers, and subject-matter experts to engage in meaningful discussions on emerging challenges and contemporary developments in human rights, international law, and criminology.

The conference proceeds from the premise that the world’s dispute resolution infrastructure, courts, tribunals, and arbitral institutions, was designed for a pre-digital era and is now buckling under volume, cost, and distance. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) is already resolving disputes at scale, from regulatory ODR portals to algorithmic disputes in the gig economy to cross-border commercial arbitration conducted entirely online.

ISAPG 2026 brings together the law, technology, policy, and peacebuilding communities, practitioners, academics, regulators, technologists, and students, to examine where ODR currently stands, where it is failing, and where it is headed next.
